Tunisia : launch of the 2026-2030 Development Plan with a bottom-up approach

On April 14, 2025, Tunisian Prime Minister Sarra Zaâfrani Zenzri chaired a cabinet meeting to launch the 2026-2030 development plan. This plan relies on a bottom-up approach, where economic and social priorities will first be set at the local level, then consolidated regionally and nationally. The goal is to strengthen local governance and address citizens’ concrete needs.
