On June 24, 2025, Italy signed a €6.5M agreement with UNIDO to support vocational training in Tunisia through the Tunisie Professionnelle program. Aligned with Italy’s Mattei Plan for Africa, the initiative aims to modernize training systems, match youth skills to labor market needs, upgrade facilities, and boost private-sector links.
