Data released by the Banque centrale de Tunisie show that remittances from Tunisians abroad and tourism revenues reached a new record by December 31, 2025. Combined inflows totaled 16.86 billion dinars (≈ $5.4 billion), up 6.28% year on year. Diaspora transfers rose to 8.76 billion dinars, while tourism receipts climbed to 8.1 billion, underscoring their central role in supporting foreign currency inflows.
