The Togolese Revenue Office (OTR) has officially launched the online “e-foncier” platform exclusively dedicated to land operations. The platform launched by the DG of the tax department, Phillipe Kokou Tchodie, in the presence of officials of the Orders of Notaries and Surveyors, will above all allow them to carry out land formalities without traveling, thus offering time-saving advantages and speed of procedures.
