The State of Togo raised on January 31, 2020 at the level of the financial market of the West African Monetary Union (WAMU) 27.500 billion FCFA (41.250 million euros) at the end of its issuance of assimilable Treasury bonds ( OAT) at 3 years according to the UMOA-Titres Agency quoted by Financial Afrik.
