Telecoms : Orange and Eutelsat join forces to expand satellite connectivity in Africa and the Middle East

Orange Middle East & Africa and Eutelsat have announced a strategic partnership to expand high-speed Internet coverage in remote areas through the EUTELSAT KONNECT satellite. Initially deployed in Jordan, Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal, and the Democratic Republic of Congo, the initiative aims for broader regional expansion. With an investment of several million dollars, this project is part of a long-term effort to enhance digital inclusion.
