On November 18, 2025, Equatorial Guinea and Gabon signed in Djibloho the “CEMAC Zero Roaming” agreement, allowing subscribers to communicate without extra charges across both countries. The deal also resolves cross-border radio interference and launches the CAB-4 fiber optic link, strengthening digital integration and Africa Central’s digital sovereignty.
