Sports : Algeria retains the presidency of the Association of National Olympic Committees of Africa until 2028

Mustapha Berraf has been reappointed as president of the Association of National Olympic Committees of Africa (ACNOA) by acclamation during the 22nd General Assembly in Algiers. Algerian Olympic Committee president Abderrahmane Hammad was also elected to the executive board. Algeria thus strengthens its influence in the African Olympic movement.
