The Digital Quality of Life Index (DQL), following an assessment of digital connectivity in 117 countries around the world, has ranked South Africa first on the continent, and 66th globally, in the Digital Quality of Life (DQOL) Index. It is followed by Mauritius (68th) and Morocco (71st).
