Heba Mohamed, Sudanese Minister of Finance, has just revealed that his Department and EXIM Bank yesterday signed a memorandum of understanding for a $ 1 billion loan to finance the investment. He also said that the visit of delegates from this American bank will cement partnerships and strengthen economic relations between Sudan and the United States.
