Ms. Carolline Abel, Governor of the Central Bank of Seychelles (CBS), warned her compatriots: « As the country enters a much worse economic situation in 2021 than in 2020, every Seychellois citizen must contribute to making a sacrifice ». She added that tough decisions will be made in 2021 … that reforms could be twice as difficult as in 2008.
