In a speech last night, President Macky Sall of Senegal, declared a new state of health emergency, accompanied by a curfew on the regions of Dakar and Thiès from Wednesday January 06, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. morning. The country is experiencing an upsurge in deaths (434 in total) and community cases, with the second wave of Covid-19.
