The Senegalese government is planning to simplify some 1,000 administrative procedures via a digital platform called Guichet Unique du Citoyen. This was one of the aims of a recent meeting between the Ministry of Digital Technologies and the Ministries of the Civil Service, Economy and Planning, Trade and Justice. This project, supported by the digital strategy, the New Deal Technologique, aims to simplify access to public services thanks to a unified platform.
