At Africa Day in Riyadh, Saudi Deputy Foreign Minister Walid Al-Khereiji announced plans to open over 40 embassies across Africa and invest $25 billion. Saudi Arabia also aims to secure $10 billion in export support and provide $5 billion in development financing to the continent by 2030.
