Rwandan : inaugurates post-harvest centers, game-changers in horticulture sector

Rwanda’s Minister of Agriculture and Animal Resources, Dr Mark Cyubahiro Bagabe has officiated on December 10 the groundbreaking ceremony of the National and Local Post-Harvest Centers under Smart Food Value Chain Management Project. These centers will be game-changers for Rwanda’s horticulture sector, particularly value addition for chili and onions.
