Rwanda is rolling out an ambitious plan to develop 50 artificial intelligence (AI) applications over four years targeting key sectors like health, education, agriculture, finance, and public administration. According to David Byabagamba from MINICT, the solutions aim to boost productivity, inclusion, and government efficiency.
