Rwanda’s economy expanded by 9.4% in 2025, according to the National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda (NISR). Growth was driven by services recovery, industrial output, and public investment. The National Bank of Rwanda notes this continues a strong trend following 8.2% in 2022 and 8.9% in 2023, supporting the country’s long-term economic transformation goals.
