Rwanda Creation of the International Financial Center in Kigali: becoming a financial hub by 2024

With the ambition of becoming a financial center by 2024, as set out in the National Strategy for Transformation (NST1), work has started on the establishment of the Kigali International Financial Center.

A state-owned company, Rwanda Finance Limited, is spearheading the creation of an international financial center.
