Rwanda $ 11 billion for the fight against climate change

Kigali plans to spend nearly $ 11 billion over the next 10 years to fight climate change and strengthen adaptation to its effects, according to Rwanda Green Fund CEO Teddy Mugabo Mpinganzima.
