The African Development Bank (AfDB) has granted $1.5 million (919.2 million FCFA) to the Republic of Congo to strengthen its energy sector. Signed between Solomane Koné (AfDB) and Ludovic Ngatsé (Minister of Economy), these funds will finance feasibility studies for new hydroelectric dams and power transmission infrastructure.
