During a rebel attack in the territory of Beni, in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), in the province of North Kivu, at least 25 farmers were killed on New Year’s Eve. It’s in the village of Tingwe, about 8 km from the town of Eringeti, where farmers were attacked by the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF), a militia that killed hundreds of civilians during the year 2020.
