MTN Uganda, in partnership with the Chinese firm ZTE, recently introduced a 5G Standalone Network (SA) under the 60 MHz spectrum bandwidth with an actual throughput of over 1,494 Gbps. The test was conducted in the presence of Prime Minister Dr Ruhakana Rugunda at a ceremony.
