Nigeria : Dangote’s refinery set to supply the market

Aliko Dangote’s mega-refinery, with a capacity of 650,000 barrels per day, has started producing gasoline, which could be available in the market within the next 48 hours, according to the businessman. Despite being a major oil producer, Nigeria still relies on imported gasoline via the NNPC. A committee led by President Tinubu is currently setting the prices for this new locally-produced fuel.
