Nigeria: Access Bank to finalize the absorption of Cavmont Bank (Zambia)

Access Bank has just announced that its merger-absorption operation of Zambian bank Cavmont Bank Ltd will be effective by the end of January 2021. Confirmation from the management of Access Bank Plc, claiming that its Zambian subsidiary has finalized the acquisition of this bank.
