Nigeria will benefit from a $4.4 billion investment to expand Special Agro-Industrial Processing Zones (SAPZ) nationwide, announced Akinwumi Adesina, president of the AfDB. This initiative aims to enhance agricultural productivity, promote value addition, and create jobs, particularly in rural areas.
