The African Development Fund (ADF), the concessional arm of the African Development Bank, approved a $165.5 million loan to improve water supply and sanitation in Zinder, Mirriah, and surrounding areas. Over one million people will gain sustainable access, enhancing climate resilience and reducing health risks.
