Namibia : Telecom Namibia invests to expand its fiber network
Telecom Namibia announced the completion of eight FTTx projects worth NAD 35.5 million (USD 1.9 million) in 2023 and 2024, aimed at serving underserved areas. These projects involved the installation of over 233,800 meters of fiber in several regions, including Okahandja and Windhoek. The company plans to invest NAD 27 million to further expand its fiber network in 2024, particularly in areas such as Katutura and Kuisebmond.
