Morocco : Universal Music establishes regional hub for local talent development

Universal Music announces via a press release from Universal Music Morocco, the establishment of a new team for its office in Morocco, in order to expand its presence on the African continent. The mission of the office will be to discover, promote and disseminate Moroccan music, whether traditional, contemporary, urban or fusion, nationally and internationally. The subsidiary will be headed by Sylvain Mahy, an experienced music industry professional in the region, assisted by Sarah Sarhane for operations, Badr Kbabra for A&R, and Balkyss Ahed for artist development and partnerships.
