Morocco : Two foreign investors take control of Jasmin Morocco Hospitality

German investor Kai-Uwe Hollweg (Strategic Investment Company GmbH) and British investor Lutz Strangemann (Darnick Associates Limited) have each acquired a 50% stake in Jasmin Morocco Hospitality SAS. The Competition Council has approved the deal, allowing a 10-day period for interested parties to submit comments.
