Morocco : Royal Air Maroc opens Tétouan base with 6 European routes and strengthened domestic flights

In spring 2026, Royal Air Maroc will launch a new base at Tétouan–Sania R’mel Airport, featuring 6 direct European connections and enhanced Tétouan–Casablanca domestic flights. Supported by ONMT, the expansion aims to link northern Morocco to key tourist markets and the diaspora. The fleet will include Embraer 190 jets, suited for regional routes, as part of the airline’s growth strategy through 2037.
