Morocco : RE/MAX launches operations in Casablanca to boost real estate market

On October 22, 2025, global real estate leader RE/MAX officially launched operations in Morocco through a regional franchise based in Casablanca, led by Rachida Khalil and Bilal Dabri. The initiative aims to “elevate the real estate experience in Morocco” by offering world-class service and access to a global network. The launch coincides with preparations for AFCON 2025 and the 2025/2030 FIFA World Cup, which are expected to drive investment. RE/MAX Morocco plans to sell over 100 franchises and recruit more than 1,000 agents, incorporating RE/MAX City in Tangier to strengthen local resources.
