On 2 February 2026, OCP Group partnered with Mistral AI to embed responsible, secure and independent artificial intelligence into OCP’s operations through its Rock Solutions unit. The collaboration includes building an independent “Judge Model” to evaluate and govern AI agents and a proprietary scalable AI model tailored to OCP’s industry needs.
The partnership also mobilizes the Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P) ecosystem to support local AI research and development.
This effort aligns with Morocco’s “AI Made in Morocco/Maroc IA 2030” strategy to position the kingdom as a regional tech hub by accelerating innovation, education, and technological sovereignty.
