On June 2, 2025, Technopark Morocco and Plug and Play Tech Center launched an acceleration program to support over 60 Moroccan startups by 2027. This partnership aligns with the national strategy, Morocco Digital 2030, aiming to create 3,000 startups by 2030, including 1,000 by 2026, and raise 7 billion dirhams (approximately $761 million) in funding. The program will provide a three-month intensive support, including mentorship, access to investors, and expansion into global markets. Targeted sectors include fintech, healthtech, agritech, and energy. Plug and Play, operating in over 60 countries, will offer its network of over 550 partners to Moroccan startups.
