To strengthen Morocco’s resilience in the face of climate-related disasters, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) has decided to grant it a loan of $1.3 billion. Across the country, infrastructure such as roads, schools and hospitals as well as some 50,000 homes have been partially or completely destroyed.
