Morocco : Hop Lun to acquire three lingerie and swimwear production sites 

Hop Lun, a global lingerie and swimwear manufacturer, has signed definitive agreements to acquire three Moroccan sites, including Tobago in Casablanca and Chantelle’s Moroccan operations (Famaco and Atma). The factories produce around 2.4 million units annually and will add 800 skilled jobs to Hop Lun’s global workforce. The acquisitions are expected to close in Q4 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
