Energy company GE Vernova announces a $10.2 million investment in the Xlinks Morocco-UK project. This clean energy initiative aims to provide a reliable energy source through a combination of wind, solar, and battery storage. Once operational, it will meet 8% of the UK’s electricity needs, creating thousands of jobs and bolstering Morocco’s position as a regional expert in renewable energy.
