On July 8, 2025, Canada’s EMX Royalty reached a deal with Avesoro Morocco (a subsidiary of Avesoro Holdings) to transfer full ownership of its Moroccan subsidiary. EMX will retain economic upside through future royalties on gold exploration projects to be fully funded and operated by Avesoro.
