On May 15, 2025, in London, the EBRD signed two loan agreements with Bank Of Africa totaling €70M (approx. $76M), backed by the GCF, EU, and Canada. The funds aim to help Moroccan SMEs invest in decarbonization, circular economy, and climate resilience projects. An additional €6M in technical support will strengthen BOA’s green finance strategy and gender-sensitive approaches.
