On May 8, 2025, Alibaba, via its Dutch subsidiary Cainiao B.V., officially launched Cainiao Smart Logistics Network Morocco. Based in Casablanca with a capital of MAD 100,000 (approx. USD 10,000), the company will offer integrated logistics services, from parcel sorting to data hosting. Wei Xiong has been appointed as its legal representative.
