Stena Line has reached an agreement to purchase 49% of Africa Morocco Link (AML) shares, pending approval from Moroccan authorities. AML will launch a new high-speed connection between Tangier and Tarifa this summer, offering separate services for freight and passenger vehicles. This announcement precedes Bank Of Africa’s imminent acquisition of the majority stake (51%) in AML, as part of its acquisition of the Moroccan Transport Company (CTM).
