Mali: « A lack of consensus in the establishment of the institutions of the transition » (UN)
The UN envoy to Mali explained to the Security Council on January 13 that the transition started in September in this Sahel country should make it possible to adopt the reforms necessary for the consolidation of democracy and the success of elections allowing a return to constitutional order.
