Mali successfully raised 28.9 billion CFA (~48 million USD) through a bond issuance on the regional UEMOA financial market. According to the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the funds will support infrastructure projects and strengthen budgetary stability. The issue was fully subscribed by institutional investors in the region, reflecting strong market confidence.
