In addition to some € 42 million disbursed in 2020 on 4 co-financed projects, the EIB (European Investment Bank) is ready to grant a financial extension to Madagascar to rebuild road and rail links in the Malagasy capital Antananarivo. Richard Randriamandranto, Minister of the Economy and Finance, stressed that this financial contribution will make it possible to deal with the damage caused by climate change. The components, clean energy and transport links, across the country, are also being considered.
