The realization of an interim power, before the organizer of general elections in the country is progressing well. As a reminder, two main parties, namely the power of the strong man of the East, Khalifa Haftar, and the government of national unity (GNA) recognized by the international community, are competing for the governance of the country. After a vote by the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum in favor of a mechanism for selecting the next executive positions, during the preliminary phase, Germany, the United States, France, Italy and the United Kingdom have welcomed this new transition.
