Libya has officially joined Afreximbank, becoming its 53rd member. This strategic move aims to support the country’s reconstruction and economic diversification, with key projects like the development of the Misurata free zone and the construction of a trans-Saharan road. Afreximbank will provide technical and financial support to boost intra-African trade and improve Libyan infrastructure.
