Kwibuka 31 : Rwanda remembers the victims of the genocide against the Tutsi

April 7, 2025, marks the start of Kwibuka 31, Rwanda’s annual commemoration of the 1994 genocide against the Tutsi. « Kwibuka », meaning « to remember » in Kinyarwanda, spans 100 days to honor the victims, support survivors, and promote peace.
