Kenya KenGen to launch construction of power plant at Dandora landfill soon

Power producer Kenya Electricity Generating Company (KenGen) plans to start construction of a power plant in the Dandora landfill during this month of January 2021. Nairobi Metropolitan Services (NMS) opt for a power plant which incinerates the waste to produce 40 MW, according to information relayed by Afrik 21.
