Ivory Coast : Addoha invests $300 M in premium mixed‑use project in Abidjan
Moroccan real estate tycoon Anas Sefrioui, founder and CEO of Groupe Addoha, is investing $300 million to build the “Les Tours Éléphants” luxury mixed‑use development in Abidjan’s Zone 4 district, according to the company’s disclosures and industry sources.
Spanning more than 150,000 m², the development includes four 20‑storey residential towers, a major shopping center and office space, marking Addoha’s strategic shift from its traditional affordable housing business toward high‑end projects across West and Central Africa.
This major project underscores confidence in Abidjan’s urban growth and highlights the increasing role of intra‑African capital flows in shaping premium real estate markets on the continent.
