Islamic Finance : Dakar hosts the 8th edition of the West African International Forum on Islamic Finance on 12 and 13 June 2023

In partnership with the Government of the Republic of Senegal and with the support of the Islamic Development Bank (IDB), the African Institute of Islamic Finance (AIIF – Advisory & Training) is organizing jointly with the Bureau Opérationnel de Suivi du Plan Sénégal Emergent (BOS-PSE) the 8th edition of the International Forum on Islamic Finance for West Africa, on 12 and 13 June 2023, at the King Fahd Palace in Dakar, Senegal, under the theme: « Islamic Financing Opportunities for the Energy Sector: Oil & Gas and Renewable Energies; and for Food Sovereignty in West Africa ».

In addition to the two plenary sessions, on Islamic Financing of the Energy Sector and Food Sovereignty respectively, there will be the traditional plenary session on Islamic Fintech ».
