The Global Investment Risk and Resilience Index by Henley & Partners ranks Mauritius (62.20/100), Tanzania (62/100) and Botswana (61.92/100) as the safest investment destinations in Africa. The index assesses geopolitical, economic and climate risks, along with countries’ ability to manage them. Côte d’Ivoire (13th) and Benin (18th) also stand out as resilient investment hubs.
